In this fun, Monday through Friday cooking camp, each child will practice basic kitchen skills and fundamentals of cooking from Tre Wilcox and staff. Young chefs will love working alongside classmates learning kitchen safety, grilling, sautéing tips, flavor combinations and many fabulous recipes to wow your whole family.

We’ll get hands on and cover the fundamental of cooking such as rules for handling knives, sauce making, butchering meats and pan searing.  Along the way, kids will take notes as they learn to create a variety of delicious sweet and savory dishes. Then on day 5, the young chef’s team up and will apply all the principles and techniques they’ve learned in an exciting team cooking challenge.

Parents are invited to sample the student’s food on this day.

Kids ages 9-12 are welcomed to join this popular culinary camp.
Classes run 2.5 hours and last for five consecutive days.
Timeframe is 9:30am-12pm.

Classes are limited to 8 students so that students receive plenty of attention, direction and full explanation of what is going on in the class each day.

Each young chef will have all supplies for cooking sessions & be served lunch daily.

What To Expect: Great cooking isn’t about recipes—it’s about techniques. In our classes kids will work with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by  Chef Tre and his professional sous chef instructors.

These classes are filled usually with 60% return students, so book your child’s spot for one of the three weeks we are offering this super fun and informative cooking camp.
