Kids Cooking Camp
June 17 - June 21| $400
In the fun, five-day series, each child will practice basic kitchen skills and fundamentals of cooking from Tre Wilcox and staff. Young chefs will love working alongside classmates learning kitchen safety, grilling and sautéing tips, flavor combinations and many fabulous recipes to wow your whole family.
We’ll get hands-on and cover the fundamental of cooking such as rules for handling knives, sauce making, baking ratios, making pasta from scratch and the importance of kitchen safety. Along the way, kids will take notes as they learn to create a variety of delicious sweet and savory dishes. Then on day 5, chefs team up and will apply all the principles and techniques they’ve learned in an exciting team cooking challenge.
Kids ages 9-13 are welcomed to join this popular culinary camp. Classes run about three hours and last for five consecutive days.
Each young chef will have all supplies for cooking sessions, lunch and will take home a packet of the recipes they make.
*Please Note: Classes are only available as a five-day series, no single day enrollments.
