TRE Hands-On Classes
Participate in making everything on a 3-course menu, working in three small groups. Your team will be responsible for prepping and plating one course. Chef Tre will always lead one team and qualified chefs who have been given Chef Tre’s stamp of approval will lead the other two teams. This person teaches the techniques needed to prepare the dish, and knows how to have fun just as much as Chef Tre does.
Classes are offered for both adults and children, and average 16 students per class. All of the ingredients, tools and recipes are provided. Aprons are not supplied, but you may bring your own or purchase an embroidered TRE Cooking Concepts apron.
